JOB DESCRIPTION: Local Garden Grove Storage Company is looking for an Assistant Manager to manage their Facility in Garden Grove. The ideal individual must have at least 2 years of leasing experience preferably within the Storage Facility industry. Position is Part- Time working Tuesdays & Wednesdays and random days to fill in for employees sick or on vacation. Therefore, must have the ability & flexibility to work any day during a 7 day week. Will be leasing storage units, collecting rents, managing Tenant problems, general facility maintenance, maintaining facility, daily and monthly paperwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Light accounts receivable and accounts payable knowledge. Will be required to attend paid fulltime training for 2 weeks – 1 month once selected for the position. Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position and pass a criminal background and drug screen. Pay is $12 per hour. Company has an immediate opening. This is a Temp to Hire position.

Job Duties:
• Leasing of Storage Units
• Maintenance of Entire Facility and Individual Units
• Daily Bank Deposit
• Posting all payments to the computer
• Data entry of New Tenants
• Running late Tenant List
• Cleaning of empty units
• Removal of red and yellow locks
• End of the month closing
• Inventory and auction
• Call trash hauler when necessary
• Walking of Facility to insure everything is in order
• Cleaning of office and bathrooms
• Changing of light bulbs and general repairs

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$ 12.00 per hour

Educational Requirements:
