JOB DESCRIPTION: Growing Company in North County is looking for Bilingual Spanish speaking customer service representative to join their team. Must have at least 2 - 3 years of recent customer service experience working in a busy office. Ability to handle a large volume of incoming calls, extensive data entry, process customer orders, answer customer questions on products and services. Huge plus to have customer service experience within the manufacturing or distribution industries. Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word computer programs. Must be able to pass a Drug and Criminal Background. Monday – Friday 8am -5:00pm. Temp to Hire. Pay is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:
• Answer Incoming Phones
• Process Product Orders
• Data Entry
• E-Mail Correspondence
• Process Invoices
• Handle Customer Complaints
• Pull warehouse stock for walk in customers

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$ 14.00 to $ 16.00
