JOB DESCRIPTION:  Do you enjoy talking with parents/families about soccer/sports and would you like to work weekends with 2 days off during the week?  This is a great opportunity to sign up customers for sports programs while providing great customer service! Must be energetic, enthusiastic and motivated to connect with customers. This is a great opportunity at a well established company in Sorrento Mesa.


Job Duties:

  • Respond to inbound calls and work with various on-line systems to register new customers
  • Tracking and documentation of all activity, feedback, updates and requests
  • Support client needs and work with IT department to facilitate changes
  • Maintain calm, professional attitude with all levels of customers
  • Participate in training and educational programs to improve service offerings


Salary Range:

  • $ 15.00 to $ 16.00

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication Skills
  • 3+ year of customer service experience
  • Software support and training experience
  • MS Word/Excel/Office/email/internet & Windows XP
  • WEB EX
  • Available to work weekends (BOTH Saturday & Sunday)
  • Reliable, dependable & professional demeanor
  • Ability to talk on the phone for long periods and multi-task to document info

In addition to the attached job requirements we are interested in (BUT NOT REQUIRED) the below bonus skills;

  • Bilingual
  • Intermediate and up knowledge of Excel (Look ups, pivot tables)
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Current or past course work that would include Accounting, Finance, knowledge of Debits/Credits
  • Knowledge of the Team Sports Industry/Market


Educational Requirements:

  • College Degree or  2-3 years of related experience OR training
