JOB DESCRIPTION: Work for a great company in Sorrento Mesa handling inbound & outbound calls for special promotions. Must have proven customer service experience, professional demeanor, excellent verbal & written communication skills and be available to work both Saturday & Sunday. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!! This is a 5-8 month assignment and is projected to end in February or March.

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, while providing complete and accurate information.
• Conduct outbound calls to inform and/or obtain required information regarding promotions.
• Conduct post-purchase promotional surveys with members.
• Maintain detailed records of multiple communications in database.
• Attend department meetings and trainings
• Administrative functions and assignments as assigned by management
$ 14.00 to $15.50 per hour
Bilingual employees receive an additional $0.50 per hour

• Call Center Experience
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
• Must have customer service experience either retail or call center
• Must type 35+wpm, be proficient at MS Word and Outlook, and have excellent spelling & grammar
• Available to work weekends (BOTH Saturday & Sunday)/holidays too.
• Reliable, dependable & professional demeanor
• Ability to talk on the phone for long periods and multi-task to document info
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
• High School Diploma, GED, College courses preferred
