JOB DESCRIPTION: Local North County Company is looking for an experience Customer Service Representative. Must have at least 3 years of recent Customer Service experience working for a Dental, Manufacturing or Distribution company. Must be proficient with in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. ERP system knowledge is preferred but not required. Accurate data entry and typing skills. Will be answering busy phones and also making outbound calls, placing orders, quotes, order tracking and delivery status. Dental experience is a huge plus but not required. Billing and scheduling experience is also a huge plus. Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment. Pay is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience. Ideal Candidate will have great customer service skills and good job stability. Immediate opening. Temp to Hire M – F 8am – 5:00pm

• Daily reports
• Accounts receivable knowledge
• Accounts Payable knowledge
• Various administrative tasks

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$ 14.00 to $ 16.00

Job Requirements:
• 3 years of Customer Service Experience working in a Manufacturing OR Distribution Company
