TriStaff is partnering with their client a San Diego based design, engineering & manufacturing company; we are searching for a qualified Human Resources Specialist. We need someone with 5-8 years HR experience. ADP, expat relocation/repatriation, support with PDR cycle, own full recruiting cycle, local go to HR rep, part of a global team – self driven!

Job Duties:
• Partners with management teams to facilitate the delivery of HR services
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase
productivity and retention
• Provide strategic execution and tactical HR level support for internal customers
• Manage full recruitment process from posting to new hire
• Manages the process for onboarding new employees and new employee orientation
• Responsible for facilitating HR related trainings to associates at all levels of the company
• Drive performance and development objective cycle with people managers and associates.
• Participates in personnel professional ongoing development to maintain knowledge and develop skills
necessary to meet their personal career development goals.
• Partner with corporate attorneys to obtain Non-immigrant specialized occupation work visas
• Developed expatriation policy to include relocation, on assignment and repatriation offerings.
• Negotiate expatriation contracts including salaries in host country, housing allowance and relocation and
repatriation allowance offerings.
• Drive business process improvement by utilizing industry best practice to develop improved approaches to
business requirements, process improvement and procedural creation and implementation.

Salary Range:
• $ 40.00/Hr to $ 43.00/Hr

Educational Requirements:
