JOB DESCRIPTION: TriStaff is in partnership with a Company located in the UTC area of San Diego who is gearing up for the Holiday season! We are looking for all-star customer service representatives who can work in a high volume inbound call center environment. Previous customer service in a call center or in retail is preferred.
• Answer inbound calls promptly to assist customers with sales and service questions, place orders and provide resolution on all customer concerns
• $12.00 per hour
• Paid training

• Opportunity for seasonal increases should agent return for future seasons
• Must be available to work 25-32 hours a week (at least 4 shifts a week, 6.5-8.5 hours per shift)
• Must be computer savvy, extremely customer focused, have a strong ability to multitask
• Must exhibit professional written communications skills including grammar and spelling
• Weekend availability a plus!!
• High school diploma or equivalent
