JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for sourcing new commercial loans and deposits. Will
manage a portfolio of commercial clients and will analyze financial statement for credit
worthiness. Focus will be on C&I, CRE and Deposit business.
• Make outbound sales calls; visit businesses; introduce Bank products and services.
• Develop relationships with prospects and customers through ongoing communication.
• Leverage successful existing relationships to solicit and prospect for new Banking relationships.
• Develop an expert level of understanding of the customers’ business and recommend Bank products and services.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to potential Bank customers connecting their needs with Bank product and service solutions.
• Retain accounts by closely managing portfolios and addressing any issues or concerns that may lead a customer to close an account.
Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$100k to $120k

• 5+ years of Commercial Banking experience
• Successful track record of commercial sales (C&I, CRE, Deposits)
• Excellent business development skills
• The ability to spread financials and perform cash flow analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
