JOB DESCRIPTION: TriStaff is partnering with a rapidly growing, globally recognized class III medical device company at the forefront of developing at-home medical diagnostics to find a Staff R&D Packaging Engineer for its growing team. This person should have at least 7 years in developing packaging within the medical device industry. There is ample opportunity for growth within the company.

Job Duties:
• Design, develop, and qualify primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions
• Lead validation and verification of packaging design
• Implement changes to commercial packaging systems

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
• $ 100,000 to $ 120,000 per year

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 7 years’ experience developing packaging for the medical device industry
• Some sterilization experience preferred
