JOB DESCRIPTION: Tristaff is partnering with their client, an innovative custom packaging company in the Miramar area. We are seeking Administrative Assistant candidates who have a pleasant personality and some familiarity with customer service, as this is a blended role. Multitasking, attention to detail and a positive attitude are key attributes to this position.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the alarm system and locking the doors upon leaving
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photo copying
Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$ 15.00 / Hour

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

• High school degree or equivalent
