JOB DESCRIPTION: TriStaff is partnering with this Innovative, specialized event furniture and accessory rental company. They are adding to their Leadership team, with the new addition of a capable COO to manage the company and continue to implement strategy to expand the business.

Job Duties:
• To create a layer between current management staff and my self
• Day to day running of company
• Design & implement business strategies plans & procedures to include HR Finance Sales & marketing
• Set goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors
• Manage day to day including IT P/L Purchasing
• Implement pending new ordering and stock control management together with linking this to the update of website
• Creating value to company
• Explore growth opportunities
• Review pricing – costings against competition and ensure we are correct and current
• All necessary reporting
• Growing with the company to achieve our overall aims

Salary Range:
• $ 130,000 to $140,000
