JOB DESCRIPTION: Several Local & Growing North County Companies are looking for Customer Service Representatives and Administrative Assistants to join their team. Must have at least 2 years of recent customer service NOT RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE and continuous administrative experience. Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus but not necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. The ideal candidate will have call center, manufacturing or distribution administrative or customer service experience, a professional demeanor, upbeat personality and the ability to multi – task in a busy work environment. Bachelor’s degree is a huge plus but not required. These are Temp to Hire & Temp positions. M – F 8am – 5:00pm. Pay $12 -$15 per hour. Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen. • E-mail Correspondence
• Fax
• File
• Scan documents
• Order Entry
• Processing RMA’s
• Greet customers
• Compose documents using Microsoft Word & Excel
• Direct Calls
• Customer service
• Data Entry
• Other projects as assigned by management

Salary Range:
• $ 12 to $ 15 per hour

Job Requirements:
• 2 Years of recent customer service experience

Educational Requirements:
• High School diploma
