JOB DESCRIPTION: Collaborate with Sales team to deliver regional project quota in alignment with company objectives.

Job Duties:
• Become subject matter expert on products and technology for best Integration and optimization of systems
• Develop and drive technical aspects of new business opportunities
• Develop and deliver detailed quotes and system designs for properly vetted sales opportunities
• Maintain and develop critical customer relationships with customers having responsibility for technical decisions during implementation and maintenance
• Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
• Provide visible customer support through the performance of on-site engineering and the servicing of complex equipment and systems
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of product installation and deployment, including the management of any contractors and third-party vendors
• Verify and approve operational quality of system equipment
• Education and Train customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
• Interpret customer needs and clarify if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers in order to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Take an active role in the sales process by always looking for opportunities to engage new customers or partners or upsell to current customers.
Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
• $ 120,000 to $ 135,000

Job Requirements:
• At least 2-5 years of related experience required
• Proven RF Engineer experience as highly competent and respected engineer in DAS design and installation
• Proven experience of project managing complete DAS installations from proposal to customer acceptance, either directly or through third party integrators
• Highly polished presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to varied audiences
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the experience to escalate issues appropriately
• A keen desire to add value to a small, high performance team and directly impact our bottom line
• Experience in a commercial and fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to perform as a proactive individual and part of a team
• System design experience using iBwave
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of fibre-based DAS solutions a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Educational Requirements:
• BS Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
