JOB DESCRIPTION: Local North County medical company is looking for looking for an Operations / Project Manager to drive projects and initiatives that support the growth of our business, maintain compliance, and improve processes. Minimum of 4 years of project management experience preferably in the E- Commerce field. Medical industry experience is a huge plus! Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or other related fields is required. Master’s degree is a plus but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Strong project management skills with the ability to get things done. Consulting experience or operational leadership is preferred. Successful candidate will be able to manage through ambiguity, stress adversity and conflict to establish focus and deliver against business goals. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have a passion for e-commerce, business and process management. Great written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to think strategically and tactically within a dynamic, fast paced organization. Must possess the evidence of “scrappy startup execution” and how to get it done attitude no matter what when time is tight, and stakes are high. The position will have the ability to jump head-first into cross-functional projects but also work with the support of the executive Management team. This role will require a strong level of accountability and organization, interacting daily with stakeholders from several teams, including: Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Analytics, Shipping, etc. Additionally, the candidate must be highly flexible with the ability to quickly assume new areas of responsibility outside of their core areas as our company continues to thrive. Pay is $55k - $70k depending on experience. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5 to start but may often need to stay a bit later or come in early to ensure task/project deadlines are met.

Job Duties:
• Help define new and improve existing processes across departments.
• Coordinate implementation of strategic business initiatives across multiple teams.
• Develop business plans with understanding and consideration of back-end and front-end dependencies.
• Understand business requirements and facilitate inter-department communication to ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines across multiple departments with adherence to deadlines and ensuring successful completion of projects.
• Design training and development programs based on the organizational needs.
• Facilitate courses or learning sessions with all process job roles and with Leadership as needed.
• Track all training conducted across shifts and areas.
• Manage company compliance with marketplaces along with state and federal regulations.
• Take an involved role in recruiting new hires and new hire onboarding.
• Maintain knowledge of operation processes for ongoing assessment of the training process.

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$ 55,000 to $ 70,000 per year
