Job Duties: Immediate need for a bi-lingual FAE willing to work in Japan for several months. This position will be a hands-on front-line engineer in Japan to support a major carrier and possibly other customers in the region. This role will work together to support the business development, engineering and sales teams to manage technical aspects of proof of concept and technology trials. Specifically, the Customer trials. The person will be the front-line technical contact to the carrier and the carriers POC enterprise customers. Responsible for data collection, device and system configurations, and troubleshooting as necessary. The initial engagement will require training in the United States, but there will be a multi-month assignment in Japan – we are looking for an individual who wants to travel and live in Japan for several months.

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$120K +

Job Requirements:
Bi Lingual in English and Japanese, and comfortable working in the Japanese culture.
5 years' experience in wireless technology and embedded systems.
Must have strong computer and technical skills.
Experience with testing and developing mobile or IoT cellular devices in the field and engaging with development engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
A motivated self-starter eager to get the job done.
Strong communication skills; can engage dynamically with a variety of personalities, from engineers to business managers to executives in both the US and Japanese Cultures.
