JOB DESCRIPTION: TriStaff is partnering with their client a moving systems company. We are seeking an HR professional; preferably seasoned HR Generalist who will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. MUST be able/willing to recruit open positions, attend job fairs.

Job Duties:
• Carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
• Must be able/willing to recruit open positions, attend job fairs.
• HR laws and be able to make decisions w/out always consulting Tracy
• Interface with upper management
• Job listings
• New hire orientations and paperwork
• Termination paperwork
• Posting Company news
• Health enrollments
• Maintaining Company personnel files

Salary Range:
• $50,000 - $60,000 DOE

Educational Requirements:
• HR Certification OR Degree preferred
