Job Duties:

Our System Test Engineers are responsible for product level functional and performance testing of all hardware and software products. To that end, System Test Engineers must:

    Plan a test campaign for a product or system or module.

    Execute the test plan.

    Document all issues within the Issue Tracking System.

    Support all debug efforts through analysis and log generation.

    Work on automating the test process as much as possible under the direction of the Director of System and Test Engineering and the Director of Software Engineering.

 

 

Job Description:

Systems Test Engineers are responsible for testing of all of the organization’s product and software deliverables including embedded software, application level software and WAVE cloud software. In addition to software testing. System Test Engineers are responsible for overall product functionality and performance testing involving RF Test, Test Calls, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers and Regression Test.

 

Salary Range and Bonus Potential: $75K - $95K

Job Requirements:

  • 0 - 8 years' experience in wireless system and/or software (New Graduates accepted)
  • Familiar with Test Equipment: Signal Generators, Network Analyzers
  • Familiar with Software Development tools and processes

 

    Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

   Familiarity with test scripting tools such as Python

     Ability to plan and execute a test campaign for a complex hardware and software product

 

     Ability to debug software and system issues in order to provide the required Information to developers to resolve issues.

    Must have strong critical thinking skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to use sound judgment when representing the Company

Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required.
