JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Administrator/Assistant will be responsible for focusing on coordinating, scheduling and reviewing marketing projects and activities under supervision of the Marketing Managers.

Job Duties:
Responsibilities
• Provide marketing administration support for marketing and sales managers
• Work collaboratively with designers to fulfill requirements of incoming Marketing Work Orders
• Assist with tasks assigned by Marketing Managers
• Event and webinar coordination
• Complete other marketing administrative duties assigned

Salary Range:
$15.00-18.00 per hour

Job Requirements:
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
• Knowledge of proper English grammar and usage
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks to deliver projects on schedule
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Office 365
• Proficiency using PCs and Windows operating system

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Application and understanding of digital technologies and marketing strategies
• Online experience and proficiency; able to navigate sites and applications
• Self-starter
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Critical thinker
• Able to manage and quickly recall knowledgebase

Educational Requirements:
• Associates Degree or higher OR equivalent experience with a goal for furthering
