JOB DESCRIPTION: In this individual contributor role you will seek new  business opportunities in the Commercial Real Estate Vertical by contacting and developing relationships with C-Level decision makers to boost sales and contribute to the long-term business growth. You will use your industry contacts and strong communication skills to cultivate valuable relationships  through the process from first contact until the deal is closed and ensure proper after-sales service.   You will be an expert in the commercial real estate vertical on a nationwide level.  This is a technology sale and you will be trained to become a product knowledge expert.

Job Duties:
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Contact potential clients through various mediums including cold calls, emails, and in person meetings
• Customize product solutions to address client needs, concerns, and objectives and increase customer satisfaction
• Organize and participate in meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Area Vice Presidents and report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$100K to $135K per year
• 40% OTE

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, must have at least five years strong outside sales experience - with strong presence and working relationships with infrastructure decision makers (C Level) in the Commercial Real Estate Market.
• Proven work experience in Business Development as a Director, Sales Account Executive or similar role (Title will be determined on experience level)
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience developing enterprise leads from marketing campaigns
• Goal oriented and customer focused with ability to persuade and influence others
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software and familiarity with MS Excel to analyze spreadsheets and charts
• Self-motivated and self-directed with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills; the ability to immediately connect and interact with potential customers
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to immediately connect and interact with potential customers
• Ability to work well independently or as an active member of a team
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
• Required travel at least 50%
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
