Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform research, investigation, troubleshooting, resolving discrepancies, and resolutions
  • With support from VP of Finance, Develop, implement and maintain an excel forecasting model to incorporate Salesforce data to be reviewed by the Executive team
  • Process all Salesforce opportunities through the Salesforce workflow process
  • Monitor and audit all Customer Purchase Orders
  • Enter all sales orders into the current ERP system
  • Communicate with Global sales teams on product SKU’s, pricing and other sales order management issues
  • Communicate with Operations on all product related issues related to the sales order process
  • Maintain Commission Model, using expertise to provide improvements as deemed necessary. (15 global Sales Managers)
  • Design and implement a streamlined process for capturing business requirements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and productivity
  • Work with Director of Finance on Sales Forecasting and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget to support global sales forecasts
  • Create, develop and implement new policies related to the Sales support processes
  • Analyze and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce roadmap process improving system usability
  • Participate in weekly/monthly global sales calls
  • Provide quality assurance of sales orders, order entry and management of orders to order completion
  • Participate and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Understand and participate in KPI development and implementation  

 

Work Experience

  • Proven financial and Sales analysis experience
  • Proven accounting understanding or experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Salesforce
  • 3-5 years of Process/Workflow development experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis
  • Proven experience with large volume data manipulation
  • Advanced skills and required MS Excel experience
  • Strong ERP Sales Order process/sale order management experience
  • Power BI experience a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, rapid learner, inquisitive, and persistent – desire to learn and grow
  • Process Owner / process driven
  • Entrepreneurial, rapid learner, inquisitive, and persistent

 

Education / Training

  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience
  • Accounting training is preferable
