JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sr. Systems Engineer supports the systems engineering in the design, integration, development, testing and verification of extremely complex electro-mechanical systems. The selected candidate will be working with a seasoned team collectively creating and designing mission critical components for modern military vehicles.

Job Duties:
• Design component and subsystem specifications
• Illustrate software and hardware interfaces between subsystems
• Create, test and document turret fire control algorithms
• Build nonlinear and linear prototypes and test to evaluate performance
• Lead development teams
• Support lab and field testing
• Occasional travel
Salary Range:
• $ 100,000-120,000 per year

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of classical and modern control design knowledge.
• Data Analysis and signal processing knowledge
• Hands on experience working with electromechanical systems hardware and software
• Matlab/Simulink knowledge
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization
• A self-starter willing to act without guidance and can quickly learn
• Passion for completing a project with the highest standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Desirables:
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Control Systems and Signal Processing
• DOD Industry experience
• Turret fire control systems design, test experience and integration
• Matlab/Simulink expert
• DOD Security Clearance
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Control Systems and Signal Processing
