JOB DESCRIPTION: TriStaff is partnering with their client – We are seeking an immediate Staffing Coordinator to support In-house recruiter and Human Resource department in recruiting support efforts.

Job Duties:
Staffing Coordinator assist the In-house Recruiter and VP of Human Resources
• Coordinating/scheduling candidates for HR.
• Scheduling candidates for: HR/Talent Acquisition phone screens; technical phone screens with Technology leadership; onsite interviews - Candidates engagements are often via Blue Jeans audio/video; or phone
• Follow-up with hiring managers and Corporate Recruiters; and with candidates
• Preparing candidate information and interview packages for onsite interviews
• Ensure candidate experience and hiring manager/interviewer experience is positive
• Support staffing and interview coordination
Human Resources Support
• Prior to new-hires first day make sure desk is prepared, nametag printed and put up, place welcome sign at the front
• Engage with Enterprise IT team to ensure technology requirements (laptop, etc.) are ready for the new hire
• Send photocopy of visitor log (when filled) and change expiration date on visitor badges
• Provide support to Human Capital/Human Resources leadership and team as needed

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
$20.00/Hr. to $25.00/Hr.

Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in either recruiting support role and/or coordinator role in Human Resources
• Must be self-driven, excellent work ethic, inquiring mind, desire to learn and perform duties.
• Must be self-starter, can work independently; polished on the phone speaking to candidates and hiring managers.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree preferred not necessary
