Job Duties:

  • Set up and follow up on accounts to grow and develop long term relationships
  • Promote programs, educate dealers and provide exceptional follow-up
  • Manage reports/schedule and prioritize contacts
  • Negotiate using value adds and price options/recommendations
  • Tracking and documentation of all activity, feedback, updates and requests
  • Maintain calm, professional attitude with C-level executives
  • Continuous education about products/services/options for dealers

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • 2 +years of customer service experience with preference for  Senior level leads/trainers
  • MS Word  & Excel
  • Reliable, dependable & professional demeanor
  • Ability to talk on the phone for long periods and multi-task to document info

 

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • College coursework and/or degree preferred
