Job Description
We are conducting a search for our client is Carlsbad. They are looking for Program Manager to join their team. The Program Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional activities for a portfolio of clients in domestic and international markets, overseeing all aspects and management of R&D, and/or cGMP manufacturing projects. PMs are accountable for project scope development, creating comprehensive schedules, monitoring deliverables and milestones, contributing to feasibility studies, and marshalling internal colleagues and subject matter experts to deliver on-time and on-budget for our clientele.

The Program Manager:
- Establish, maintain, and enhance client experience through effective support of client strategic goals with our company.
- Develop project schedule and execute to plan.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, agendas, meeting minutes and presentations.
- Manage enterprise level client escalations with timely resolution and communication across all key stakeholders.
- Responsible for direct management of multiple client accounts, operating at a strategic and tactical level.
- Act as Client Advocate and represent the voice of the client to our teams.
- Assist and contribute as needed to the quoting process for Change Orders and new business.
- Strategic portfolio overview within Commercial/Program Management Organization.
Minimum requirements for the Program Manager:
- A minimum of a BS in the sciences and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Biotech or Pharma product development technology transfer to MFG experience.
- Project management experience (CMO/CDMO preferred).
- Experience with MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, responsible, dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with CRM(Salesforce) and/or ERP(NetSuite) and MS Office (Excel) and Monday.com or MasterControl (similar QMS).
- Holds self to high quality standards and deadline-driven with a high level of organization.
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is helpful.
- A working understanding of Lean Six Sigma – preferred but not required.
- PMP certification is a plus.
